It is the art of combining measured and organized sounds, with or without rhythm, to express our feelings, thoughts, or events. One of the two main elements of music is sound, and the other is rhythm.
The best music and artists:
• The Beatles- I Want to Hold Your Hand
“I Want to Hold Your Hand” is a song by the English rock band The Beatles. Written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, and recorded on October 17, 1963, it was the first Beatles recording made using four-track equipment.
With over a million pre-orders in the United Kingdom, “I Want to Hold Your Hand” would have topped the UK charts on its release day (November 29, 1963), had it not been blocked by the group’s previous hit, “She Loves You.” It took two weeks for “I Want to Hold Your Hand” to knock its predecessor off the top spot, and it remained at number one for five weeks, staying in the UK’s top 50 for a total of 21 weeks.

• Bob Dylan- Blowing In the Wind
When The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan was released in 1963, Dylan was on his way to becoming one of the greatest. The album cover features a photo of him walking through the streets of New York with his girlfriend, Suze Rotolo. The song “Blowin’ in the Wind” became a cultural anthem.
Dylan spoke about different things each time—pointing out the senselessness of wars, addressing God, injustice, sex, love, and affection. Each time, he sparked reactions from various groups. He was saying something, but he never repeated himself. To many, he was simply following his instincts. Perhaps people saw him the way they wanted to see him. His choice of folk music was also intentional, as it required nothing more than his guitar and harmonica.

• Elvis Presley- Can’t Help Falling In love
“Can’t Help Falling in Love” is a song written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore, and George David Weiss, published by Gladys Music, Inc. The melody is derived from “Plaisir d’amour,” a popular French love song composed in 1784 by Jean-Paul-Égide Martini. Originally written from a woman’s perspective as “Can’t Help Falling in Love with Him,” this explains why the first and third lines end with “in” and “sin” rather than words rhyming with “you.”
Recorded by singer and actor Elvis Presley, “Can’t Help Falling in Love” was featured on the 1961 album Blue Hawaii, which served as the soundtrack for the film of the same name. The song was subsequently covered in the 1960s by artists such as Perry Como, The Lennon Sisters, Doris Day, Patti Page, Andy Williams, Al Martino, and Keely Smith.
In the 1970s, notable versions were recorded by Marty Robbins, Bob Dylan, The Stylistics, Shirley Bassey, and Engelbert Humperdinck. Over the decades, European artists, including the Swedish group A-Teens and British group UB40, also released their renditions. Newer interpretations continue to emerge, with Kacey Musgraves recording a version in 2022 for a movie about Elvis Presley.
