Nico offers to take Peter to the movies, but he tells her that he is having dinner with Osborn. In an empty restaurant, Peter tries to tell Osborn that he is not Spider-Man, but he sees through his lie. He reveals that after saving his son Harry, he began to compile the possible candidates for Spider-Man, which ultimately came down to Amadeus, Jeanne, Asha, and Peter himself. He offers his services to help him, but Peter politely turns him down. Osborn leaves the door open just in case and hands over a check.
