Long (Hiệp Trần Nghĩa), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, receives a call late at night asking for a ride. Already in her pajamas, she reluctantly accepts the job and gives the man, Tay (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions a ride. But the men, who are prisoners who have recently escaped from Orange County Jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint and involve him in their escape plan. When complications arise, the escapees and their hostage hide in a motel and a tense waiting game begins.
